The organisation Le P’tit Ciné - Regards sur les Docs is a curating and educational organisation dedicated to documentary feature films. Led by Pauline David, the Artistic Director, the activities are of three types :

• PROGRAMMING / FILM LITERACY : Creative documentary film programs (contemporary and heritage) are screened in partner cinemas. Screenings are followed by a Q/A with the filmmaker whenever possible.

• FESTIVAL : "Regards sur le Travail" is a film festival around the issue of labour and its cultural and artistic representations (screenings and debates).

• TRAINING / AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT : courses, master classes and workshops on documentary related themes.

About us

The organisation Le P’tit ciné - Regards sur les Docs supports documentary screenings in art-house theatres. The non-profit organisation was created in 1995. Twenty-three years showing films and engaging the audience into debates has allowed us to develop a programming catalogue that meets both a demand for artistic quality and the pleasure of the spectator. Over the years we have diversified our offer (audience development).
Our association is a mobile structure. We do not have our own theatre, hence we have been working from day one with several partners with whom we put our projects together.
